Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Bugimine Online Store
The online store Bugimine.com (hereinafter the “Online Store”) is owned by Bugimine OÜ, registry code 14286327, address Retke tee 28-6 Tallinn, email@example.com.
Validity of the sale contract, information about goods and prices.These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods at the Online Store.
Information about the goods and their prices is provided at the Online Store right next to the goods. A delivery charge may be added to the price of goods.
The delivery charge of goods depends on the delivery method and will be displayed to the Buyer in the checkout. The Online Store may modify the terms and conditions of use.
Ordering and payment
The Buyer selects the desired goods at the Online Store and adds them to the shopping bag. In the shopping bag, the quantities of goods can be changed and goods can be removed until they have been paid for. To finalise your order, you need to fill out certain required data fields and enter your personal data. We confirm that we will keep your personal data secure.
After filling out the personal data form, you have to choose a suitable delivery method for your goods. Next, the amount of the charge is displayed on the screen, and it can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
– Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank
– Visa/Mastercard card payments
The owner of the online store is the controller of Personal Data and forwards the necessary Personal Data for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The Buyer pays the selling price of the goods and the delivery charge in full as an advance payment. The contract will enter into force once the amount payable has been credited to the Online Store’s bank account. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail and display the order confirmation also on the website.
If the goods ordered cannot be delivered because they have sold out or for another reason, we will notify the Buyer about this as soon as possible, and refund the money paid (including the delivery charges of the goods) immediately, but not later than within 14 days of issue of the notification.
The Buyer can select a suitable delivery method for the receipt of the goods in the checkout.The delivery charges of the goods are paid by the Buyer, and the relevant price information is shown in the shopping bag.
The delivery period is shown in the shopping bag, and within Estonia it is 3-7 days of entry into force of the sale contract. In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver goods within 30 days, notifying the Buyer about this in advance.
Delivery of goods outside Estonia is made by agreement of the parties.
Goods are sold and delivered in amounts greater than those displayed at the Online Store by
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer can return any goods purchased at the Online Store within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of return does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.
To make a return, you must submit a return application at firstname.lastname@example.org within the afore- mentioned period.
Any goods to be returned must be in the original packaging, intact, and unopened.
The costs of returning goods are borne by the Buyer, unless the goods to be returned do not
correspond to what was ordered (wrong or defective products).
Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods via the parcel terminal through which the Buyer received the goods.
The Buyer must return the goods within 5 days of submission of the return application.
The Online Store will give the Buyer a refund for the payment made for the returned goods
immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from fulfilling the order and dispatching the goods if the goods cannot be delivered because they have sold out or for another reason. The Online Store will inform the Buyer about this as soon as possible. The Online Store will refund the payment made for the goods, the delivery charge included, immediately, but not later than within 14 days.
The Online Store will make all payments to the Buyer’s bank account from which payment for the goods was made.
The right of filing complaints
The Online Store shall be responsible for any non-compliance of, or faults in the goods sold to the Buyer which already existed at the time of transfer of the item, and which appear within up to 30 days of transfer of the goods to the Buyer.
If a fault is identified, the Buyer shall have the right to contact the Online Store not later than within one month of transfer of the goods by sending an e-mail at email@example.com.
The Online Store shall not be responsible for any faults that have occurred after transfer of the goods to the Buyer. If goods purchased at the Online Store have any faults for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the faulty goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will give the Buyer a refund for all the charges associated with the sale contract.
Processing of personal data
The Online Store processes the Buyer’s personal data in order to perform the sale contract, and on the grounds of the legitimate interests of Bugimine OÜ.
Resolution of disputes
If the Buyer has any complaints against the Online Store, these must be sent by e-mail at
If the Buyer and Online Store fail to resolve a dispute by agreement, the Buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the Buyer and Online Store.
